- Delivery Timelines:
- We have partnered with reputable third-party logistics (TPL) providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ship rocket, and/or DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days.
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Remote Locations: Delivery may take up to 12 business days depending on the courier partner's serviceability.
- Shipping Charges:
- We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied to all orders below ₹500.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery. We also require customers to take a 360-degree unboxing video as proof to claim a replacement for a product damaged in transit.
