Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Customers can request to cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it to receive a full refund. To cancel, a customer must contact our Customer Support team immediately via WhatsApp at +91 8142845928 or email at support@tanishkajewels.com
  • Post-Shipment Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return. The customer should refuse to accept the delivery from the courier partner. Once the product is returned to our origin, a refund will be processed, minus any applicable shipping charges.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

  • 48 hours “No Questions Asked” Return: We offer a 48 hours return policy for all products to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This period starts from the “Effective Date,” which is the date and time the product is delivered to the customer’s shipping address.
  • Customers may initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging with all tags and invoice intact.
  • Other Items Eligible for Returns or refunds:
    • Manufacturing defects and/or wrong or damaged item delivered (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing video evidence).
    • Orders delayed by more than 10 days from expected delivery.
  • Return Window and Process:  
    • The return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.
    • The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
    • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories or free gifts.
    • A mandatory, clear, and unedited 360-degree unboxing video is required to process any return claim for a damaged or incorrect product. The video must clearly show the unopened package and the entire unboxing process.
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, used/damaged products, missing packaging, or custom/personalized orders.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products that show any signs of wear, use, or alteration.
    • Items returned without original packaging and tags.
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
    • Earrings and other pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Once a returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method:
    • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment (bank account, credit card, etc.).
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided as store credit to the customer’s Tanishka Jewels account, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Deductions: A nominal fee for the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product sent from our end.
